The Temple Nature Trail

Opened in May 2019, the nature trail is situated behind the École du Temple and offers you the chance to immerse yourself in the local biodiversity. Stretching for around 1 km, this easy trail is accessible to all and is perfect for an educational walk, whether with the family or on your own.
The trail is lined with information boards providing details about the local flora, fauna and ecosystems. An observation hut allows visitors to quietly watch the birds and other local wildlife.
Awarded the LPO Refuge status, the site features nesting boxes, bird feeders, insect hotels and bat boxes, providing a long-term refuge for wildlife.
An educational programme for schoolchildren and those attending after-school clubs, featuring outdoor lessons and a nature club.
At the opening ceremony, a treasure hunt gave families the chance to discover the birds in a fun atmosphere.
