Slowia

Slowïa offers day walks and mini-retreats along the Médoc and Camino de Santiago routes, specially designed for women who feel the need to slow down and recharge their batteries in the heart of nature.
As the walk progresses, participants are encouraged to take a step back, breathe, relax and enjoy a simple, authentic experience.
The days alternate between walks in the countryside, guided sessions, opportunities to socialise and moments of reflection.
Group sizes are deliberately kept small to ensure a warm and intimate atmosphere.
