Measuring approximately 43 m², our holiday cottage comprises a very light and airy living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area, a sitting area with a fixed bed (140 x 190 cm), a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Outside, you can enjoy a private area with a large wooden terrace of around 30 m² featuring an awning, garden furniture, a traditional barbecue, a garden and a private parking space, all set within the fully enclosed grounds.

You will have access to a shared 8m x 3m saltwater swimming pool, shared with two other properties, and a communal area for relaxation, wellness and fitness, comprising: a hot tub, a natural sun terrace with sun loungers, a lounge and library area, and a fitness area.
