This single-storey house, designed to offer comfort and a seamless layout, features a south-facing terrace, a large living area with high ceilings, an Italian-style shower,walk-in shower, a bedroom with high-quality bedding, spacious rooms and direct access from the private car park. It is particularly well-suited to guests with reduced mobility.

You are also welcome to bring your dog, who will be able to enjoy both the nearby woodland and the gîte’s own enclosed garden.

The swimming pool, bicycles and gym are shared with the guest rooms at the Domaine de Ludeye. The village of Listrac is within walking distance, with its excellent bakery, châteaux and cooperative winery. Atlantic beaches 35 minutes away.
