Clos Daniel

Le Clos Daniel is housed in a former farm building; it is a self-contained property with an enclosed garden featuring trees, a barbecue (with vine cuttings provided) and terraces, and is situated in a hamlet on the road leading from the village of Avensan to Margaux and its prestigious châteaux. It is situated 30 km from Bordeaux and 30 km from the coast. The gîte is very light and airy with a view of the garden. On the ground floor is a large living area comprising the lounge, an insert fireplace (wood provided) and the dining area. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living area. There is a bedroom with a 160 bed and a bay window opening onto an outdoor terrace, a bathroom with a bath and shower, and a toilet. Upstairs: a landing area furnished with a 140x190cm bed and an armchair, and a bedroom with two 0.80 beds (which can be arranged to form a 160 bed). Gas central heating. Utility room on the ground floor with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
