Château Fonréaud and Château Lestage – two superb 19th-century châteaux situated at the highest point in the Médoc – make the Chanfreau vineyards an exceptional place! The vineyards, laid out in an amphitheatre, cover the gravelly, clay and limestone slopes of the Puy de Menjon. Now run by the fourth generation, Guillaume and Loïc Chanfreau, together with their teams, put their heart and soul into producing authentic and generous wines:
